How long does the repair take?

Most single crack repairs take around two hours. Every situation is a bit different, and if conditions change once we’re on site, timing can vary—but most jobs are completed quickly in a single visit.
Can you fix a crack if it’s actively leaking?

Yes. Polyurethane injection can be done even if the crack is currently leaking. Active water does not prevent the repair from being completed properly.
Will the repair create a lot of dust?

We use equipment designed to minimize dust, but some dust is unavoidable. It’s a good idea to cover nearby items like computers or electronics just to be safe.
How long does the material take to cure?

The material typically cures within 20–40 minutes. Once the repair is complete, the crack will not leak during the curing process or afterward.
Why repair cracks from the inside instead of the outside?

Inside polyurethane injection seals the crack at the source without exterior excavation. In most cases, it’s faster, less invasive, and more cost-effective than digging around the foundation, while still providing a long-term solution.
